While all safety and good health practices have been adhered to during production and packaging it is important to remember skin reactions can occur. If this should happen while using our products it is advised that you stop using them. We hold no responsibility for the skin reaction or choosing to continue using our product.
Tancreds Park. uses PayPal for online payments. PayPal is a service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments without revealing your financial details. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.
Subject to stock availability we endeavor to process your order within 48 hours.
Please make sure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Should you enter the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping in New Zealand
Shipping in New Zealand is NZ Post and prices vary depending on rural vs. non-rural address. Delivery within New Zealand is charged at the rates specified for NZ Post for all orders. This policy can be changed at any time.
- For Non-Rural addresses, we charge NZ$4.50 per item shipped.
- For Rural addresses, we charge NZ$7.50 per item shipped*
- For all orders over NZ$50, we will not charge shipping costs.
Shipments in New Zealand are tracked and you will be sent a tracking number upon dispatch.
We are not responsible for any shipping problems created by our carrier and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay in receiving your goods.

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
Unless you are advised otherwise, delivery will be approximately 3-5 working days after placement of order.

We provide shipping to Australia from New Zealand.
- For all orders over NZ$100, we will not charge shipping costs.
- For orders under NZ$100, we charge a flat shipping charge of only NZ$15 (or the equivalent value in AUD)
All shipments to Australia are untracked.
Shipments to Australia should arrive within 3-10 days of dispatch. If you have not received your order 10 days after placing your order, please contact us at: email@example.com
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot cover the cost of return postage, but we will refund the cost of your purchase minus postage and packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You may give us personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone numbers, when, for example, you register a new account when making a purchase from us. If you do not give this information, we may not be able to provide goods or services to you.
We may use your personal information to process your transactions, administer your account, conduct credit and other checks, for our own internal purposes (such as staff training and billing), and for any other use which you may authorise.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
However, we accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.
When you visit our site we may collect more personal information, such as the address of your Internet service provider, the name of the web page directing you, and your clicks and activity on this site.
